I had a fab experience at boots opticians from the eye test to choosing my frames i was very well looked after. I found the staff very informative and pleasent to deal with. And the optician was very thourough when examaning my eyes as my prescription has changed quite a bit.

My appointment was for a contact lemme check so they obviously talked about contact lenses to me. I specifically made the appointment with Jane Dekizer as I know she's excellent. Very disappointed with the fact I booked a CL check for 3pm and eye test for 3.40 only to find when I arrived the eye test was at 4.40 and they were running late so had to rearrange for another day. Not ideal.

My optometrist James MA was really excellent as always which is why I travel to Boots Northwich. The first woman to assist me was very attentive but the young girl I was passed to to take photos of me trying out glasses was clearly not interested. This has happened before with Boots - there is such a clear distinction between experienced staff who know how to do their job and younger members who are clearly not interested. I was sad to hear Debbie had left the Northwich branch as she was great.
