The Optometrist Mr Greaves spent an hour with during my eye test to make sure the test results were correct and to guarantee the optical prescription was correct. I do find having my eyes test difficult but he was very patient. Following my test I spent over hour with Steve who explained all the options and types of frames and lenses that were best suited to my needs. Once I understood fully I was able to make an informed decision on which were the best for me and would suit my particular needs. I came away very happy with the level of service I received and how professional the staff are.

I think the optometrist was called Rachael. She had an Irish accent so hopefully she can be recognised! She was wonderful with my son George who is 6, very engaging and relaxed. The tests they have to do is quite lengthy but she made it fun and interesting. I trusted her opinion and what I liked was how unrushed and thorough she was.

Great appointment, was on time, didn't have to wait more than 5 mins to be seen, Andrew, the optician i saw was very thorough and I felt he took great care to ensure my eyes and prescriptions (glasses and contacts) were checked well and explained the outcomes of the checks very well. I've been having eye checks and have had glasses/contacts from about 20 years now and I though this was the best service yet.
