Initially a little unorganised as my daughter called in twice for the same initial checks by different members of staff. I was unaware that the same checks were happening until the second photo test was done: The optician was excellent, clear with his advice and very thorough.

If there is a delay to the appointment time then let people know. Waiting for 30 mins without knowing what is going on is not great customer service
