My partner and I felt there was an odd smell in the shop which was very off putting. I felt the prices of the frames and ultimately the cost of the finished glasses has gone up significantly, always going for designer frames, the usual £250 had turned into £320 this time. I decided due to price that would leave it and have a think and then was offered 25% discount, didn't realise we were in the realms of bartering for glasses in a high street store like Boots. Not one to turn a deal down I did order with the discount

Andrew (Greaves?) at Boots, Northwich 27 May 2017. I highly recommend him. His service & concern for my sudden onset eye problem was outstanding. He squeezed me in to a busy Saturday, performed a full eye test, wrote a referral to the hospital, faxed this to them & called them to get me an urgent appointment. He made follow up calls to let me know when I could expect to be seen & later to check that I had been seen within 2 working days by the hospital.
