I must say that I was very disappointed at the way I was shuttled around from place to place. It felt like I was on a conveyor belt. I do not think things were explained very well to me and they seemed to rush things when doing the eye test. I really think that personal service has gone through the window. As I am a senior citizen things were happening too quick for my reactions. I will not be using this service next year, I think I will have to find an independent optician in the future.
