All staff were very pleasant but I will not return here due to the facilities for the pre screening. It is an area with three machines and every time I used the next machine I had to wait until somebody moved on. I was asked questions about my health in this small area with everybody able to hear. Concentration was impossible with three people being seen at the same time. I explained several times that I had been asked by a doctor to get my eyes seen but the emphasis was on trying to make me buy glasses.
