I could not fault the service from the optometrists - my daughter was moving from glasses to contact lenses so had two sets of tests and we all the information to make a decision. However I'm afraid the service from ancillary staff wasn't so good. In the store there always appears to be quite a number of staff hanging around - when we came out from the optometrist we were passed over for the next stage of the appointment and I could hear staff saying 'well can you do this, I'm busy' despite just hanging around and pacing the floor. We had been warned it would be a long appointment due to the contact lenses trial but at the final stage (practising taking them out and putting them in) we were told that staff were too busy and we'd have to come back another day.
