I arrived 10 mins before my appointment for the tests to be conducted before my appointment as instructed. The tests were done efficiently and politely. However I then sat for 25 minutes waiting for my appointment. Being the end of the day at least 5 staff were in and out but not one spoke to me to explain or apologise for the delay. At this time I approached a member ofstaff and asked for a new appointment. While this was being arranged the optometrist came to me and when I said I could not wait any longer was quite curt in her response. I have made a new appointment but should point out I made my first appointment as I had not received a reminder from Boots.
