I rang to make an appointment as I had lost a lens in my left eye and couldn't retrieve.I have to say the response was very good where an appointment was made within the hour and within 10 mins of arriving I was seen to. The opthalmist was very thorough and managed to remove the remains of half a lens and gave me clear instruction on what to do if the other half still remained in my eye as it could not be found.Since the visit my discomfort has gone
