unfortunately I will not be recommending boots and North Finchley on my arrival everything seems fine until I started to have my eyes tested the lady who was taking the procedure had extremely bad cold keep coughing sneezing blowing her nose and I was far too polite to refuse and I had her checking my eyes straight into my face breathing without a mask on I find it's very very very unhygienic disgusting and I think all the staff should wear facial mask when dealing with customers and I'll be happy to wear one too.

Appointment easy to arrange and change if necessary. Initial examination good, thorough and prompt. Subsequent examination by optometrist very good and detailed with recommendations for GP. Styles of glasses and optimum choice of lenses discussed. Very good- would use again. Highly recommended.
