Receptionist presented as rude and inpatient, GRABBED my pen from my hand when I pointed out that all my personal data was totally INCORRECT ... Lipstick SMEARS on the prescreening equipment, she again showed IRRATIONAL behaviour as I cleaned it. OPTOM ( LOCUM) was lovely, pleasant and very professional.
