The lady who completed the test was Sasha, which I was informed of when booking the appointment. Staff were very friendly and efficient but the appointments were over running by roughly 20 mins which lucky for me, didn't result in a parking fine if I had been made aware of this I would have made alternate arrangements as I had expected an hour's appointment. During the test itself when the lenses are being placed they were move away far to quickly before the eye had adjusted which resulted in repetition, this section was being rushed compared to the rest of the test, I felt this section to be fairly important as I presume this determines the prescription. In general I felt the test was conducted very professionally .

The Optometrist could not of been more helpful I have a bad back so in great pain As she I had a problem allowed me to stand and walk Even getting a second opinion and I have to go to hospital The service fell apart when I was given no assistance in choosing glasses needing two pairs this would of been a good sale When I took the voucher up the young me talked amongst them self about the voucher even going off I complained that they had not helped and had been chatting Was meet with it was not me I paid and left
