I didn't know the name of the Optometrist and i did ask her if that was her name on the label. It wasn't - but she was very pleasant and chatty. Perhaps it would be good if they wore a badge with their name and qualification on.

Felt extremely uncomfortable in my eye test, said several times I didn't want to buy new classes just get new lenses. Kept being told my eyes have detirated so badly in the past two years that I will need new classes and likely to need then on a yearly basis. Didn't realise I was coming in for a sales pitch rather than a eye test? Clear to say I will NOT be returning to get classes but will be going else where for a second opinion

Lovely friendly staff who were very kind and helpful. Highly educated and kept you aware of what was going on, they gave me lots of help with picking glasses and contact lenses.
