Alison was my optometrist and couldn't have been more helpful. Explained everything that was going on and was truly charming. Jo helped me with the selection of my glasses, and guided me on the best type of glasses for my prescription. She was very professional and of great help. 5 ***** for Jo and Alison

Sasha tested my eyes and explained everything to me and was very patient as sometimes it can be confusing when trying to decide which vision is clearer. I was then passed to Jo to choose and order my glasses. She again took time with my choice and explained all the options and costs very clearly. I have been attending this branch of Boots opticians for some years and this was my best experience so far.
