I was seen by Jo first who did all the initial tests. Then Alison did my actual sight test followed by Adam who helped me choose suitable frames. All were very professional & helpful & I would recommend this optician to others. Thank you

I suffer from depression so i do feel awkward and uncomfortable but the woman who done my eye test made me relaxed and explained everything we were going to do. I would recommend her to anyone .

Usually book appointment over the phone but tried the real time online booking system which seemed to be plagued with a few bugs, serving the booking error page a number of times. Once booked however the service in store was excellent. A thorough eye examination, a good range of frames to choose from with transparent advice on brand quality and pros and cons of lens types, coatings etc forthcoming.
