Have always had an eye test with Boots but this was the first time I had purchased a pair of glasses from them. I was very impressed with the help provided and the ease of actually finding a pair as it usually takes for ever! Will definitely be using Boots again for my next pair and would recommend the New Milton branch and Sam, Helen and Chris.

I recently went for my annual eye test at Boots opticians New Milton and had a brilliant experience . The staff were really helpful especially with helping me choose frames and also doing the necessary eye tests. I highly recommend them.

Sofiare was most attentive and explained everything to me making sure I understood. He went out of his way to make me feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot fault the service I received in any way. Maria the Dispenser was also most helpful and very kind to me making sure I was comfortable having the tests done and not struggling in any way. A very caring lady.

I needed my glasses to be fixed and was nervous about leaving my home as I have been shielding for ten weeks. However I needn’t have been anxious as the care I received at boots Opticians in new Milton Was fantastic. From the minute I entered the store I was greeted by two very friendly members of staff, Neil and Roney ,who made me feel very welcome and reassured me a lot. Nothing was too much trouble for them they were so friendly and helpful, fixing my problem of my lens falling out. I wouldn’t hesitate in going back x
