I always get my annual eye test and subsequent glasses from this branch. Every member of staff is friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. My last visit (yesterday) was to order a spare pair of reading glasses. I was attended to by Andy, who was brilliant. Greeted me warmly with a strong handshake and had time to spend to sort everything out. Customer care is 5 star!!

Whilst on my first day of my holiday my glasses broke. I visited New Milton Boots and was seen by a gentleman called Jack Higgins who could not have been more helpful if he had tried. It was refreshing to be served with such care and friendliness. Thank you Jack, shame there aren't more like you. Well done.
