Great service, profesional ,knowledgeable , friendly . Couldn't do enough to help, but critically may have saved my sight! .previous well known opticians suggested I must have normally raised eye pressure , boots wrote to my GP,who referred me to eye specialist .ive since had laser treatment related to glaucoma .A big great full thank you Boots opticians at New Milton

I was looked after by Sam who was very professional, attentive and informative throughout the consultation. Coming from a service industry background myself it was a pleasure to receive such a great service from Sam. Boots have a first class employee in Sam who is clearly destined for a bright future.

On New Milton's webpage no mention of the central number to make an appointment. No answer on NM advertised.number on/off for an hour. More Internet searching I found the central number. Straight through and appointments made for myself and my husband. Could have easily called Bision Express a few door down. Everything else was fautless.
