The whole process from appointment booking to choice of spectacles was very professionally conducted. David did a thorough job with the eye test and Gintaras gave great assistance and advice with the choice of both main verifocals and polarised sunglasses.

The Optician, Sam, was very clear and concise when explaining how we arrived at the final bill. He was very patient when I explained the difficulty I had with the last specs I received and he took time to adjust them, and was also patient and helpful whilst I chose my new specs.
