I needed prescription sunglasses for my daughter and left it very late when ordering. Andy and his colleagues chased my order throughout the week and made sure I had the glasses the day before we flew out. Many thanks guys, your extra effort was very much appreciated!

Both David, my optometrist and my dispenser, Gintaras, were both very clear and easy to understand. I felt taken care of in a very good way, also by Adam, that welcomed me as soon as I arrived and did the first tests.

My wife and I are over 80 and with poor hearing. The staff at Boots in New Milton were very and we both were very satisfied with the results. Our optometrist was Alison and explained every thing in great detail. Only I needed glasses and was looked after by Andy.
