I was met by Sam at the front desk who kindly showed me to the waiting area, I was then called in by Thomas to have a few tests done. He was clear when asking questions and telling me what each test does. The optometrist Jack was also very thorough who gave me my prescription, as well as an eye health check. Due to my right eye having a very slight change in prescription, he called in Alison for a thorough double check. I bought a pair of sunglasses with Gintaras and Adam, who found a pair which fitted my unusual nose type. All in all, excellent service.

Great care for my 9 year old son. Have used Boots New Milton for son and daughter for last 3 years, and they have always been great with both children and very knowledgeable. This time our optometrist was Jack and Dispenser was Andy, and they were both very helpful and really good with my son.

Alison was very clear, helpful and patient in explaining the issues that I have with my sight. She is clearly knowledgeable and very professional. Gintaras was prepared to take the time necessary to help me choose the right glasses for my situation and to ensure that they properly reflected my needs. All in all a very satisfactory experience that leaves me willing to recommend this branch of Boots to anyone.
