Our family attend this opticians and we always receive a warm and friendly welcome. My son who is 13 and wears contact lenses had his eyes tested yesterday by Zabir (optrometrist) and we were given advice on new glasses by Andy. Both remembered us and made us feel welcome. Both had a really positive attitude with my son by obviously doing their job well but in a approachable and friendly manner. Yes, really happy with the service. Before this appointment and about a year ago when my son was trying contact lenses for the first time, the patience and understanding while he struggled in those first few days getting them in and out was incredible by all members of the staff there.

I went as I had an inverted eyelash, I was however surprised that I was charged £10 to have it removed. Last year I had the same procedure done on a couple of occasions prior to surgery to remove the inverted lashes, there was no charge. I always use Boots for my eye test and to purchase my glasses, so felt that the charge for doing a simple procedure was unfounded. I did ask why the charge was made and was told that the policy had changed! So feeling some what unhappy.

Friendly and helpful staff. I was assisted by Debbie this time and initially by Alison, who is the optometrist. I highly recommend both.

Friendly and helpful advice from Jack, Tom, and Gintaras. Jack went out of his way to explain the procedures and to reassure about marginal results that might otherwise have caused concern, and there was no 'hard sell' when filling my revised prescription.

The Optometrist who saw Daniel was called Jack, and finishing his qualification. He was really friendly and helped Daniel relax during his consultation. Very happy/appreciative of care provided, thank you Deana.
