Brilliant service in this branch. Everyone knew the stock well and Zabir, Gintaras and Tom were great at helping pick glasses to suit my face shape. Nothing was too much trouble and I left happy with my purchase!

Amazing service during my appointment here! I needed glasses for the first time and several members of staff spent lots of time helping me choose a pair. I didn't feel rushed and so I left feeling happy with my decision. Everyone was really friendly, exceptional customer service.

I recently took a pair of glasses belonging to my elderly relative, who had broken one of the arms off, into Boots in New Milton. I had no appointment, but a man called Andy immediately had a look and within a few minutes had repaired it.
He made no charge for his time, and my relative was so pleased to have the glasses mended so quickly. Thankyou Andy!
