I was taken care of immediately I entered the shop. My Optometrist, David, explained everything very clearly. Chris did the pre check sand he needed some help and explained this to me before seeking advice from a colleague. Gintaras helped with frame choice and lens options, and took my money. The proof will be when my new spectacles arrive.

I took my mum to have new glasses and was really pleased with the service. The staff were kind, caring and compassionate with my mum and whilst waiting, I saw how nice they were with other customers, especially the older people. Of note, both Samuel and Zabir gave excellent care and Samuel went beyond good customer service, treating my mum so well.

The Optometrist, Zabir, is a naturally friendly guy and did a first class job on my visual check up. I am, by my own admission, a difficult customer when it comes to not accepting help to choose my glasses. However, Debbie, and then Gintaras, gave me a few pointers and then enough space and time to make my own judgement and I left the shop very happy having bought a pair of Oakley varifocal sunglasses, with the option to buy some day glasses when I have made a decision. They are a professional and friendly team.
