Personal attention and care. I saw an Optometrist by the name of David and two Dispensers, names Chris and Gimaras, all of whom were very pleasant, helpful and gave me full attention.

Today I had a routine eye test at Boots Opticians in New Milton. I and my wife could not have been more impressed with the service we received from the moment we walked through the door. Simply outstanding and a joy to experience that level of professionalism in a world where mediocre or worse is common. The technology they have is impressive enough but most importantly the Manager, David Hodgson, Tom & Debbie all excelled in making our visit one that sets the benchmark in customer service. What made them so special was how effortlessly they went through the process without being robotic and detached as many are. They are genuinely very caring people with great personalities that are easy to engage and interact with. We left the branch with very big smiles and a huge amount of confidence that we had just been cared for by seriously professional individuals and I hope Boots will give them due recognition and praise. We wont be going to any other opticians from now on. Thankyou all.
