I have been attending Boots Opticians for several years and believe that the current team (Optometrist Zabir, Dispensers Chris, Gintaras and Sam) is excellent; they are friendly, extremely efficient and caring - an excellent combination. New Milton is lucky to have them!

The eye examination was a good experience. The optometrist, Zabir Ali, was friendly, efficient and sensitive. The dispensers, Debbie and Gintaras, were also attentive and courteous. The service overall was excellent. The only thing which was less good was the making of the actual appointment - mine was rearranged several times for administrative reasons.

Zabir was friendly and informative. Gintaras and Alison were friendly and patient, Particularly Gintaras when I was choosing and fitting my frames. Subsequently Tom adjusted the fit my glasses when I had become used to them.

The Boots Service in New Milton is the only opticians that I have returned to over the past few years. I have done the rounds of those on the High Street in New Milton, Ringwood, Bournemouth, Charminister, and Lymington and have found them all wanting. So thank heavens for this fantastic service at Boots. The staff are friendly, available, approachable, they remember your name and Mr. Zabir is a careful examiner and explains things in a calm and clear manner, which inspires confidence. Mr. Gintaras, as practice manager, appears to run an excellent service and I have never felt rushed to make decisions or hurried etc. Thank you and keep up the good work!!
