Another branch of Boots had made a mistake with my appointment but Zabir fitted me in and gave me a very thorough examination. I was aware of some deterioration in my eyesight and a problem with dryness both of which Zabir explained to me and suggested solutions. I am diabetic so have to be particularly careful with my eyesight. I feel I have been well looked after and will always go to him in future. Sharon did the basic tests before my appointment and helped choose glasses afterwards. I was clueless about which to have and Sharon helped me choose some larger frames for driving and some I could look over the top of for reading. She was very patient and also helped me save money on the special offers. This was last Tuesday 23/10 and today they have phoned to say the glasses are ready.
