I have needed glasses/contact lenses for the last few years but had a bad experience at another opticians. I was recommended to try boots. Immediately I was put at my ease by the receptionist and during the Appointment was seen by Zabir, Chris and GG. All three were absolutely charming and very professional, especially Young Chris who is a trainee and an asset to the company. I now have contact lenses and glasses, which I’m very happy with. My experience at boots opticians New Milton was very pleasant, and I will be happy to return, and recommend family and friends.
