I recently took a pair of glasses belonging to my elderly relative, who had broken one of the arms off, into Boots in New Milton. I had no appointment, but a man called Andy immediately had a look and within a few minutes had repaired it. He made no charge for his time, and my relative was so pleased to have the glasses mended so quickly. Thankyou Andy! Lorraine G
