I was seen by Sam first, it was his first day, he did a pre screening on my eyes. I felt he was dealing with me very well, he was polite and very professional throughout. He came across as friendly and I wish him good luck in his future with Boots Opticians. Next I was seen by Jack, who explained he was a student optometrist, if he hadn't of explained that I would never of guessed. The consultation was very thorough and I felt that the session was not in any way rushed. I explained I'd got sore eyes in the morning and was examined further and it was discovered that I was suffering from a mild case of blepharis. He gave me a leaflet and suggested some medication lotion that might help. I didn't feel pressured to purchase the product there and then.. When I chose my glasses the process went very smoothly. I would like to add I'm very happy with my prescription glasses they have made a difference !
