They take the time with you and you do not feel they are forcing you into extra expense and the are all very friendly.

From the moment I entered Boots I felt valued and knew I would be very well looked after - which I was. My eye test went on very well, & it was very thorough. The staff were very attentive and professional. For the initial eye tests I'd a lovely female member of staff who put me at ease & took her time to reassure me at every test. I then saw Dr Dowling (the optician) who was top notch. After having completed the examination I was given a prescription & asked if I wanted to choose frames then or come back later. I said that I would have a look & once again it was the frontline staff who advised me on styles & gave me their honest opinion which I was very grateful for, as I didn't have a clue what I would suit. Overall for an experience that I wasnt looking forward to, it was actually a breeze. Well done to the Boots branch Market Harborough! Once again thank you Boots Market Harborough, they went beyond great customer service, understood the situation, didn't stress & provided superb service, very much appreciated.
