Friendly, welcoming and the staff were never too busy to assist me. Andrew was very clear on his recommendations and the Australian man (didn't catch his name) had a great sense of humour when seeing to me. Shannon was brilliant at explaining what my options were when choosing some glasses and she made ordering them very simple. I dread having any form of medical examinations but they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Will be back for sure.

I have visited this Boots many times in the past and have always been fairly satisfied, however, recently it has gone down hill. I thought the staff were rude and simply didn't care about my experience in their opticians, I felt rushed and was then drastically overcharged for a poor service. Last time I use Boots.
