I had a boots eye test but went to Asda for glasses. When I went to pick my varifocals up, I couldn't read as they were blurred. They told me to go back to boots to check prescription was right. I had a re-test that was more or less the same as original one. The glasses were checked out & found to be correct, so boots have offered to make fresh lenses up for me, free of charge. I was very pleasantly surprised at this. I have been to boots for my glasses the last three times, I will stay with boots in future & would recommend them. Thank you boots in Manchester for your kind & sympathetic treatment.

I had a rather unfortunate experience as the frames were incorrectly coded, there were several opportunities missed that I had to raise with their area manager who resolved these on receipt of the email. There is one member of staff who stands out by far as exceptional which is Scott, I think he should be in charge of the unit!

Care was good and appointment started on time ( this has not always been my past experience ) The whole process of testing and fitting new glasses does seem to take a long time.
