I have been coming to Boots Opticians in Manchester for years and always found the staff extremely helpful and efficient. On this latest occasion both the Optomestrist and the lady who helped with my actual glasses were very very good and considerate and really put a lot of effort in to get me sorted out.

I had very good service and assistance from Nadia and Mark. During my visit on 11 July, Nadia explained the type of frame suitable for my prescription, facial features and skin tone. She was very patient as I choose a frame. During my visit on 20th July, Mark was very thorough going over the monthly plan and also patient as I tried other frames.

I was given an appointment time of 1:10pm and wasn't seen to until 1:35pm - I had plans that day and I had to work my day around my appointment because I didn't get out until 1:50pm. I have the same issue every time I go to Boots Opticians where they are a lot later than the appointment time. I appreciate that they are busy but the staff don't have the courtesy to address that I have been waiting longer than I should have. Even if they acknowledged that they were running late and made me aware of this it would be better than keeping me in the dark.

The online appointment booking wouldn't let me complete my booking so I had to call the store, and by that time the time I wanted wasn't available, The staff in store (Market St, Manchester) were absolutely brilliant and really helped me

My glasses were fitted by Aarzoo who was friendly, helpful,and professional. I can completely recommend her. ( This website is not easy to access. The feedback instructions supplied by Boots need to be better spelled out.)
