I had to wait 25minutes for my appointment. The staff avoided eye contact as they knew I was annoyed, the optometrist didn't apologise or explain why there had been a wait. He rushed the appointment through which was helpful in terms of timing but meant we didn't discuss what he was doing or what he found in any detail. Really disappointed with the appointment as usually the standards are so high.
