I have waited for 25mins for my check out to be started. There were plenty staff on the floor but only one person who was carry out contact lenses check out. I appreciate not everyone on the floor can carry out checks, but it would be good to have more of the specialit staff or reassess the appointment time or timing between the appointment ensuring that customers don't have to wait for log time for their appointment and also less pressure off the specialists to do the check out some in rush.
