I did not get any notification on my schedule 2 year appointment. I had to go in store to advise I had not had any reminders. The lady apologised for the error, however if I was someone that didn't keep record I could have missed a vital appointment. Please ensure for future this does not happen to people as it could make a major difference with there eye health. I can confirm my husband also didn't get notification, so he will have to call to arrange a appointment which is also almost 6 months overy due. Staff member who helped picked glasses was very patient and easy to speak to. I think his name was zubmir. Apologies if I spelt that wrong. My final point would be, the glasses boots have does not have many designs in the cheaper brackets. Again I did and always do pay the higher price for a nicer pair, however someone less fortunate would not be able to afford. If I need glasses in the future I will most probably visit another opticians for a nice design at a cheaper price.
