Mariam did not explain why my vision has gone worse, and what to do to prevent it getting even worse. I had a voucher for free eye test and £10 off glasses, but as I did not have time to pick out new glasses on that day, I was told the discount would not work retrospectively even if I came back to buy glasses. Therefore after thinking about all the money I had just lost, I booked an appointment with SpecSavers next month. I don't think I will ever go back to Boots Opticians.
