Very slow. My appointment was 15 minutes late and I then was dealt with by three different people throughout the whole process. Took about an hour and a half for a routine eye test which isn't acceptable. And even better, I have to return in two weeks for a separate contact lens appointment which is another £35! Despite wearing contact lenses for years! Bit of a joke rally. Also far too much pressure to sign up to the boots contact lens reward scheme. I won't be returning.
