The staff were kind and helpful; the service was prompt. The appointment was for a diabetic eye screening. However, I understood it to be for an eye test as well in addition to that when it was originally booked. So, the service could've been improved if that was made clearer at the time - that the appointment would only be for a diabetic eye screening.
