My apt was at 11:30, however the shop doors weren't opened until about 11:40. When I asked at 11:50 how long I would be waiting your female member of staff told me I had been late arriving ! When I pointed out that was because their doors weren't open, she said that wasn't anything to do with them as they can't open the doors - this is disgraceful customer service & although the optometrist was great, this tainted the whole experience. Also, I again didn't get a reminder to book my sight test, which should be 12 monthly due to a cataract. So this was done at the time your optometrists suggest !
