Steven did my initial test and was really friendly. I remembered him from 3 years ago as he was so lovely then. Shreya did the actual test and explained everything too me. Was also friendly and polite. Nate was the one who was very patient with me when I could not make my mind up as to which glasses and sunglasses I wanted. He took great care to help me decide, he had good taste too. He never hurried me, just let me take my time until I was fully happy.
