I've been coming to Boots Market Street for many years. I have a complex prescription, eye tests are always thorough and I understand what's being done and why. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, but I must single out Janice Newton. My prescription changes often and choosing frames is always difficult for me and I always have a great consultation with Janice after my test. She knows instinctively the best frame shape and size for my prescription and always gives great advice on the best colour and style that suits me too. I totally rely on her skill and experience in getting the best combination for me. I know all of the staff are good, but over the years Janice and I have built up a really good relationship that I really value - she is a great asset to the team!
