I was seen by Optometrist Kasim Ali and initial assessment was done by Jamal (his middle name) Kasim recognized me from last appointment (2015) and this made me feel a human rather than a number as I mostly experience from medical professionals. He was friendly yet professional and put me at ease directly. He has easy going personality and is very through. Jamal who did the initial assessment was professional and efficient and also put me at ease with his good manners and explaining the process. The star for the day for me was Nadia, a young, vibrant informed with excellent customer service skills and positive attitude. She helped me to choose the frames, explained the price difference but most of all honest opinion on the frames. I did not feel pressure of sale or felt that she was trying to sell me goods that was not of my choice. Boots option team you impressed me immensely. I hope your management realise and appreciate your skills and attitude and potential for future. Well done!!!
