I visited this store to choose frames after having my consultation at a smaller opticians. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Stephen, the optical advisor. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to find out about my needs (when I would be wearing the glasses, prescription, likes/dislikes, my budget etc). He then spent a lot of time suggesting a variety of styles that would suit me, explaining what to look for to complement my face shape. I never felt rushed at all. My prescription included the need for thin lenses, digital enhancements and anti-reflective coating and Stephen took time to fully explain why these were required, as well as detailing the costs. Overall a pleasurable shopping experience and I felt fully informed throughout so was confident in making the best decision for me. Thank you!
