Every stage of the appointment was very good - the Optometrist was very clear and reassuring at every stage. On reflection a suggestion for an improvement would be : As a first time requirer of glasses, having just sat through the appointment I think it might have been better if had been suggested to me that I might want to consider comin back at another point to choose my actual frames. Reason being I wasn't by then really in a great frame of mind for choosing and I doubt I would have chosen the same pair that I ended up choosing almost in a fit of desperation.
