I recently came into store with my prescription, looking for my first pair of glasses. Jon greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I said I would have a look around, and he told me to let him know if I wanted him to help me select shapes/styles that may suit me. Jon was brilliant, he chose a wide range of glasses for me to try, he was honest, and he gave me as much time as I needed (I was a little unsure, as I haven't had glasses before). I found a lovely pair, and the experience was smooth and friendly. My glasses arrived the following week, and Jon went out of his way to serve me, ensuring that my glasses fit well and I was happy with them. I would return again to buy more glasses, simply based off of the fantastic customer service I received on this visit.
