My experience was very good in particular Danni, Jaya and John were very helpful. Danni and Jaya showed be great care and professionalism and I would highly recommend both members of staff. However, I must point that one particular member of staff by the name of Shamim was extremely rude, dismissive, and arrogant. I phoned the store to clarify my left and right eye prescription of my contact lenses and I was told by Shamim That I do not have contact lenses. I tried to explain that I had them right in front of me and I had seen Jaya, but he insisted that I did not come in for a test nor did I have any contact lenses as there was no record on the computer. I insisted on him to make further inquires, but he flatly refused and put the phone down on me. I felt really annoyed and disappointed at his attitude. He is totally unprofessional, lazy and would appear to totally lack any customer care.
