I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received at this branch of Boots Opticians. I've had an ongoing problem with my contact lenses and the team have been fantastic about ensuring I have regular appointments, providing treatment, and recommending alternatives. Ash, my optometrist, is always very kind and sensitive whist remaining entirely professional. She has gone above and beyond to explore alternative options for me and always calls herself to advise me of any updates.
