Well the beginning part of my appointment wasn't pleasant at all. I was told to come in at a certain time but the lady booked me in on a completely different day. The lady that made the mistake was non apologetic and was no help to me at all. I did wish I caught her name. She had blonde hair. The other lady however was very accommodating in trying to rectify the situation. She ensured I was seen that day and helped me in the selection of glasses. She made the shambles of a booking quite pleasant and was a delight to speak to. This lady was wearing a scarf and quite slender in frame. I would like to thank this lady very much.
